I know Menard has done comedy so I'm not sure if I'm nitpicking an intentional joke or some other farce but, early in his clip (at about 0:01:30) he mentions the objection against himself for lying by omission - and then there's a cut in the footage. It's almost as if he doesn't want to be taken seriously...
