I want to note that "Bolivia's" Central Bank is a private central bank, not related to the other "Bolivia" "republic", the commercial zone. The desision was taken by the central monetary authority of Bolivia, not the government.
Can we say this is a "test" of the bankers, in the possibility of doing the same in a other central banks, Scott?
