59. Her Majesty and a fiscal agent or registrar acting as such are not bound to see to the execution of any express or implied trust to which any securities are subject.
What are they effectively saying to us here: "Sorry- but its up to you guys to create your own private-express-trust, we here with the Government cant help you guys out with that...this has to be of your own INTENT" ?
