But let's say you come up with YOUR OWN JURISDICTION, YOUR OWN LAWS... And let's say Dean is under AQUILEA, and some government agent kidnaps him, how does AQUILAE go about that, or any other fucker trying to fuck around with AQUILEA's business... How do you enforce (edit) your JURISDICTION ?
