So, by the age of 16, we were supposed to acknowledge being in RECEIPT of the BC, by notifying the REGISTER' that it had successfully been DELIVERED, and that we are now either acting as SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATORS, or pulling the VESSEL out of commerce into a private TRUST?
