OK please pardon my next question if it seems stupid, I'm still trying to grasp this stuff. Would it be a bad idea to send another notice of mistake, along with a Co ditto nap acceptance, agreeing to pay the fine if they can provide evidence or proof that I am surety for the person? And how should I address the warrant?
