They got the invoice early april, which they first refused saying they weren't going to pay any fees...
They got a statement, which also stated the amount wasn't for fees but for a value, which they ignored... They got a notice, which they ignored...
Before defaulting them, I wanted to make sure they have a hellova whole bunch of undertakings in their hands, 2 and a half pages to be exact, with all the facts documenting their failures, but I guess that is a notice of default...
