Strip away the catch phrases and ad hominems and we're left with a simple misunderstanding - which I'll even take the blame for as I didn't provide the tl;dr backstory to the $5000 reward. Believe it or not, I'm completely on board with the 'it's all BS' point of view re: states, citizens etc. As are the people behind this $5000 stunt.
