My person has a bank account with my boyfriend's person. When they froze my bank accounts last year, they emptied the small balance of 600$ that was in one of them and froze the rest of them.

Even the one that is shared with another person.

There was a balance of � 750$ in that shared bank account that they are leaving there except for the administration fees that are deducted every month.

So my boyfriend tried telling them that it was his money not JANICK's (he's still learning!) So the Bank Director said that if the money wasn't JANICK's she just had to write to REVENUE QU�BEC to let them now and to ask to release the money to the other partie.

So this is what I wrote:

The accounts under the name JANICK PAQUETTE, who is the person I administrate with the SIN 26x xxx xxx �...., have been frozen.

The funds from (account number) at BMO in Mont-Tremblant, is a joint account under the names (both person's names)

The funds in that account belongd to the person (other person's name) and the funds are not accessible since that time.

I am advising you to unfreeze the total amount of this account so it can be available to the person (other parties name).

Please act accordingly !

so your boyfriend has just cause to file a claim because the CRA has harmed him and stolen his property he should send a letter of demand requiring his property be returned immediately using section 337 of the criminal code of Canaduh

Mmmmmm... Can you PROVE the money is not yours ? Or can you PROVE that under marriage, a female person becomes property of the male PERSON and - I guess - all her property becomes his ?

On a side note... Why do all you guys have accounts and/or credit and/or loans and/or whatever in both names ? See, I never knew you could be victim of whatever bullshit another party claims on your partner, but I always thought I'd make it clear : I'll never get into marriage I'll never buy a house under 2 names I'll never buy a car or furniture or whatever shit with a "shared responsibility"...

And we know "money" isnt safe in a bank. I never liked to let others get control of whats mine... Say what you want, if the system comes crashing down, you'll need cash. Even if it's technically worth nothing, the average idiots will, after a few days, trust nothing but cash, because that's all they've ever known and cash will still be valuable... So keep the minimum you NEED in a bank account but store enough outside a bank so that if page 144-145 of last year's Flaherty's budget comes effective, you're not fucked...

I'm on it ever since.

What I can comprehend so far is that a "PROPER" NOTICE is all about

- identifying WHO you are and remove all possible variables.

Variables being: a) Where the Notice is sent b) Who sends the Notice (WHO is saying this) ------> so you remove the consequences of ignoring the Notice.
