They receive something that's sent by the govt to a PERSON, not to them. They KNOW they receive it. They just dont know the govt doesnt give a fuck about them...
They are dependent because they are ignorant. They don't know who they are and WHAT they are not. Those are simple facts and they can be proven by any man/woman who can ask questions.
