Scott, the other day, when we were discussing Sino, you said that "ANY agent for a corporation that does business in more than one province can act as notary."
PBIDDY is registered in Delaware and clearly doing business in Massachusets. Is this the same in the states?
If so, the AGENT probably can't notarize documents that pertain to the corporation they are an AGENT of, yes?
