Pete, what you mean there is that because of the CRIMINAL nature of Hydro's actions, they must now recognise their customer, the PERSON PIERRE DAOUST, as the AGENT Mister Pierre Daoust : HER MAJESTY AND AN ORGANISATION ?
You say it's a good thing... I dont think I get what difference it makes that they identify their customer as the "AGENT Mister Pierre Daoust / Her Majesty" vs as "PIERRE DAOUST the PERSON" ?
