I really suspect these corporation ALREADY sent these BoE for discharge, before they even sent it to the person......That is WHY they have a PROBLEM when we send them as completed bill of exchange, they can not present the same thing twice......they are fucked, so they will do whatever they can for you to buy the debt :(
I am NOT sure here, but what other reasons they may have ? :/
