So, the person that my wife happens to have, and that I happen to administrate, received from the IRS a "PROPOSAL for a change of tax and or credits on your tax return.

This is not an audit. Your return may be examined in the future... This is not a bill, but you so need to respond within 30 days or we will the appropriate changes to your account."

The funny/fucked-up part is that they give no reason to do this. The part of the communication were it says: "REASON (S) FOR THE CHANGE: " was left blank! Hahaha! :D

So, the person she happens to have is entitled to a 3,000USD refund. They are PROPOSING to keep it, for no reason.

As a responsible administrator, that is one PROPOSAL I must happily decline! :D It's time to administrate some bullshit! :D

UPDATE: After the Administrator contacted the Agency via the NOTICE above, the amount due, plus interest, was sent to my wife's person's mailbox yesterday. Another matter settled successfully using the Administration of the person.

Interesting Mackximus Minimus, I thought Dan was being funny but are you saying that you're affirmation IS a tender for law with proof of surety? I'm trying to make sense of things still on TTFL and little things sometimes throw me.

Do you think the average tax agent has any clue about what you wrote? To them, everyone is a "taxpayer", and they can only receive things from and send things to taxpayers. My guess is they saw that the offer was declined, looked into it and decided they had nothing to support their claim. If they actually understood your intent/claimed position and wanted to be dicks about it they could have said that the taxpayer didn't respond at all as required and proceeded to take the refund. Anyway I'm glad it worked out. And no I'm not a "government worker".. such "lingo" leads me to believe you're paranoid-delusional. Just sayin', "Mackximus."

No, Gerry Odonothing, let me explain what happened here.

My wife's PERSON got a PROPOSAL. Look the definition. As the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR she has the power to decide for the PERSON WHEN to contract, OR NOT to contract.

If the offer is to FUCK HER, the OFFER is RETURNED NOT ACCEPTED, because I AM already doing ALL the fucking. So she decided it was for the best INTEREST of her PERSON to return that OFFER.

The SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR stuffed their whole PROPOSAL to FUCK HER (envelope, and all) and returned it, with a PROPER NOTICE (Please refer to PROPER NOTICE FOR IDIOTS, written by Admiral Scott) via REGISTERED MAIL, giving INSTRUCTIONS to FUCK OFF with their OFFER.

When you send NOTICE via REGISTERED MAIL, you are POSTING a BILL, and in fact sending a TENDER FOR LAW.

An affirmation from the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR with the TRUTH, was inluded. Just in case someone over there had any doubts of WHO is the Administrator for the PERSON. Exhibits with PROOF of SURETY where attached.

So, you see, is not just a "letter," or a "No thanks." There is an entire process to leave no space for ANYONE to questions anything provided, because IT IS THE TRUTH! :D ALL of it! :D

Tax agents don't work on commission, so how are they feeding their kids with what they take from others? They cash a paycheck, yes, but just like cops, most of them don't have a clue about what they're doing. When they get letters saying what you guys are saying they MAY go ask a supervisor who also doesn't have a clue who tells them what to do then they move on to the next case in their huge pile.

Minimum Price

A reserve minimum bid of $240,000 Canadian dollars is placed on 2013-03, former NGCC Louisbourg. In the event that the reserve minimum bid price is not met by any bidder, GCSurplus may consider bid submissions for a lower amount or cancel the sale. If GCSurplus determines that any of these bid submissions for a lower amount is/are acceptable, it may offer the item to those bidders upon the terms and conditions of their bid submissions, or it may enter into negotiation with such bidders for the final sale of those items.

So someone in Virginia, notified the court that a mistake was made in regards to the party with SURETY, and the court decided to dismiss the case, instead of pointing where was the party with SURETY ?
