As the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR she has the power to decide for the PERSON WHEN to contract, OR NOT to contract. The SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR stuffed their whole PROPOSAL to FUCK HER (envelope, and all) and returned it, with a PROPER NOTICE (Please refer to PROPER NOTICE FOR IDIOTS, written by Admiral Scott) via REGISTERED MAIL, giving INSTRUCTIONS to FUCK OFF with their OFFER. When you send NOTICE via REGISTERED MAIL, you are POSTING a BILL, and in fact sending a TENDER FOR LAW. An affirmation from the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR with the TRUTH, was inluded. Just in case someone over there had any doubts of WHO is the Administrator for the PERSON. Exhibits with PROOF of SURETY where attached. So, you see, is not just a "letter," or a "No thanks." There is an entire process to leave no space for ANYONE to questions anything provided, because IT IS THE TRUTH! :D ALL of it! :D

Tax agents don't work on commission, so how are they feeding their kids with what they take from others? They cash a paycheck, yes, but just like cops, most of them don't have a clue about what they're doing. When they get letters saying what you guys are saying they MAY go ask a supervisor who also doesn't have a clue who tells them what to do then they move on to the next case in their huge pile.

A friend succesfully used the notice in Virginia. I do not want to give much details (because of lurker government workers here). It's been now a couple of months ever since charges were dropped.

So someone in Virginia, notified the court that a mistake was made in regards to the party with SURETY, and the court decided to dismiss the case, instead of pointing where was the party with SURETY ? If it's the case, why Government Lurkers would do anything about it ? And what could they do anyway ? :/

I do not know what can they do or not, but I just do not want them to have any more details.

I'm sure it's fairly simple for any government agent to search court records for a case involving a Notice of Mistake and dropped charges. :p
