If you did not pay your mortgage or If you owed property tax, that could be possible. A justice would have to Order that you be removed from the property for XYZ terms.
1. If he threatens you any more Report him. IE. Figure out where he physically is and Call the Sheriff in his location. 2. Get a restraining order against this clown.
To seize the house, have you removed etc would, in my understanding, be the result of an order as the result of a judgment against your person.
You can have the judgment set aside due to the evidence you hold:
ie: A zero balance from the bank and repeated communications requesting evidence from him.
You have done nothing wrong in requiring validation of any alleged debts.
I'm not aware how he wishes to proceed in light of these facts.
Draft a promise to pay in crayon. aka: a debt note. Also, by Law, all you have to do is offer to pay. If he or she does not acknowledge or accept the payment, they are in dishonor. Have it notarized and send it to him registered mail.
Thanks Jason Moreland and Stuart, either he is trying to save face, or he thinks because he fraudulently received a default judgement, he will be able to continue his fraud in this way too.
Seems like if this LIAR has merely THREATENED garnishing wages and THREATENED liens... but hasn't... This new THREAT sounds much the same as the previous THREATS, yeah?
