I believe our only human right is a right to action and that action sustains our lives,defends our lives, procures our property, meaning we have the right to that which we produce so please explain to me where I have gone wrong according to your philosophy.

And maybe that will help a) you figure out where you have gone wrong, and b) us understand how/why you came up with that statement/question, and consequently c) maybe get you on the right track ?

And where would those "rights" come from ? Would, for example, helping someone you dont know, or a bee drowning in a pool, contribute to "sustaining your life" ? Would breathing be "acting" ? Please provide examples of what would be "property" ?

I can use the person I have to do business, or not. PERIOD

If business is being FORCED on the person, I happen to have, well, I can use the SECURITY/SURETY of that person, to clean the stainshit :D

It matters not where those rights come from, the fact that I exist is what matters, my life is what I value most if I do not have my life I do not exist(Scarcity) If the value associated with the action of helping someone I don't know or bee drowning in a pool is greater than the risk that I assign(Opportunity Cost). I never really thought about breathing as action, but yes I would say it is an action. A perfect example of property is the right to action.

A "person" was created for me, a few days after my birth, (16 days to be exact), and that person was sent to me, so I could use it to do business....

The risk you assign / opportunity cost ? What's your benchmark for "risky" ? What kind of risk is associated with LEARNING ? How is the "right to action" "PROPERTY" ?

I have good reasons to believe Michael Rame you are a bit confused, you'll have to clear that freedumb bullshit/beliefs and start living in the real world ;) where facts exists, and facts can be proven, if you stop believing, start learning and asking questions...

What do you value in your life ? What's your life worth ? And why ? What are you doing with your life right now that is valuable ?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not doing this to bash at you at all, but you must answer those questions to find out where you have gone wrong ;)

The right to life is the source of all rights, my rights are not granted by man, never have been. If you want to say my rights are granted from a creator or a group of protons and neutrons gathering because of gravity it doesn�t matter to me, I won�t interfere with your dirt worship or theistic worship don�t push either my way as I don�t care what you do with your non soul or soul. I am asking a question of you �where do your rights come from? Do you buy into the idea of the mystical demagogy of the state granting you rights through a monopoly of force point guns at you tell what business you can conduct and what business you can�t conduct or do you just play the game?

I think that is a subjective statement their existence is not valuable to you, but why do they still live if they have a zero value to themselves?

Our lives are made up of values, numbers if you will even credit and debits if that helps your accounting minds. Physics would use some of these equations Work = Force � Displacement � Cosine(theta) W = F � d � cos(theta), Power = Work / time blah blah blah every operation we perform our brain and our body assigns a value, If that function is more costly than the required energy used to maintain operational functions for life then it will not perform it, even breathing. Opportunity cost- there is no such thing as sacrifice or selfishness.

This is a fluid dynamic contingent on timing.

Property is not acquired unless by action. Since the right to life is the source of all rights, then the right to property is the only way to sustain one�s life, without property no other rights are possible. If one does not have right to which he produces he cannot sustain his life.

The answer to the below questions are mine and mine alone. Nothing personal but I have answered these along time ago and they continue to evolve. What do you value in your life ? What's your life worth ? And why ? What are you doing with your life right now that is valuable ?
