I'm not fully comprehending the affect of women not being persons...the appearance is that both men and women receive the same benefits.... say for example, Lani was going to sue or lien someone, the fact she is a single woman (ie not a person), would void any action she may take? or vice versa, if she was being sued, she would not be able to administrate and or defend herself if she went to court?
