there is no True Bills because there is no true claims anymore they are all just transactions of security interests. Therefore all those who engage in the process have an interest in the matter including the administrator acting as justice. This puts everyone in the courtroom in the pathetic position of "unclean hands" liars and thieves unless of course you choose to do business with the pirates.....
