That's gotta be up there with the whole 'turn the other cheek' philosophy...ass backwards bullshit.
It works great if everyone subscribes to the same moral and ethical standard, not so good if it has been introduced to indoctrinate and induce passivity in the masses while a select few cause untold harm to the rest of us for their own benefit.
Hmmmm, maybe that's why there are so many problems in Afghanistan at the moment...the locals didn't get the memo to just 'turn the other cheek' and show 'love and peace'...
