So I got a situation. ..... I have these outstanding parking tickets .... going on 5 years now .... my wife says we got a registered letter saying there is a Lien on my truck for 900 bucks..... I have 21 days to pay. ... please correct me I'm sure there will be errors but here is what I think I should do..... send a letter back via registered mail conditionally accepting there offer upon proof of claim.... I require the original contract that we have.... also I require 2 pieces of id..... give them 10 days.... offer to administrate for free this time but any further correspondence will cost x.x .... also I require a bill ...

Should I perhaps draft a NOTICE of MISTAKE send that along too?

No, just send a REGISTERED mail letter asking them to disclose ALL methods available to you, to administrate this debt.

Tell them you know you can buy this debt and pay for it, but Pierre told me I could use the person, to whom you sent this debt, its SURETY to discharge this debt.

Tell them you want them to SHOW you HOW to do that.

Tell them that apparently, if I ask, you have the obligation to SHOW me ALL methods available.

Do not sign that letter.....just type...

Lol I'm gonna go for it Pete .... and the reason I waited so long was that I knew I had no agreement but was stuck in free dumb but I always felt like it wouldn't work so I never bothered but I'm very confident with the teachings of the admiral and his captain

Shit, I had no idea I was doing this when I APPLIED for this fucking driver's license, I didn't even knew I had a fucking PERSON, I really believed I WAS that person !!!

I've been thinking about Tara's comments from the other day. Yes. I applied for a Drivers License when I was 16. But, it just came to my attention that I used a PERSON I happen to have to obtain it. So this has my head spinning a little. If I used the PERSON to and applied for a license, wouldn't the SURETY still lie with the owner of that thing? I mean....isn't the Security of the PERSON the PAYMENT to me, for me to use how I see fit?

I am not connecting all the dots here....

Ok, when you hand out that driver's license and give it to the cops, you are admitting being an EMPLOYEE of the government......

So the best is to forget that driver's license at home....and when you get pulled over, you make SURE you are telling the cops that you are NOT surety, and you are not a government employee.......after, he can do what the fuck he wants, if he ask for a NAME, I say pierre, if he ask for ANYTHING ELSE.....

I say, Oh, you want the NAME of the person I happen to have in my pocket, the one that was created by the government 16 days after my birth, and the one that the government signed as SURETY for it.....right officer ?... :D

So giving the license creates JOINDER. .... so it is difficult to operate with the same capacity I'm used to .... driving around my truxk pulling a camper.... even knowing how to administrate debt thru the SECURITY of the PERSON does not help when dealing with the thugs. .... even after I RESIGN I'm still at the mercy of those thugs .....

so im now home and looking at the notice of lien. Its a bill of any type. I am wondering if i should ask for one similar to the other thread in here. Ask for 2 pieces of ID to avoid fraud and for a proper bill

On Thursday, June 5th 2014. A letter was received via Registered mail addressed to MICHAEL VERNON ATKINS. The letter in question was lacking in information. The letter referred to an outstanding debt. I am always make good with promises to pay, however I am lacking information in which to made payment. I require a proper BILL to make payment. I also require 2 valid forms of ID to prove there is no fraud occurring. Also I REQUIRE disclosure of all forms of payment so that I might ADMINISTRATE and this debt. You have 8 business days from the mail of this letter to provide this information.

Michael Atkins, if you are not ready, you don't have to do this. Just pay the damn 900 bucks. You have been here just for 2 months. There is no deadline for learning.

You may still posses your car, even if a lien it's in place. Just keep receipt of your payment/s, and when you finish paying the $900, you instruct for the lien to be lifted.

This group can help, but in 2 months we can't make "miracles." Keep reading. If you do that, you will start asking yourself the right questions.

Also, if you cannot improve someone's notice, why change it to make it worse? :/
