Legislation applies to PERSONS, not "ME" .....read the Notice of Mistake, over and over (it took me a hundred times maybe) .......
I can ONLY administrate, that's really ALL I can do.....even the PIZZA menu I pick up in PIERRE DAOUST's mail box, is not address to "ME"......
