Yup....there's no silver or gold, so man's labor is the only property left backing the fiat monetary system.
That being the case, one has no right of usufruct over the leverage his/her property generates in legal commerce if one claims no right to the property actually backing that commerce; a dead man can't act as administrator, dead men and fictions can't make claims to property nor acknowledge who is meant to hold the blue ink pen; either a State Agent managing it's idiot mute chattel, or a simple man managing his property / affairs like a man should when navigating both reality/law AND fiction/legal commerce....."tender for law".
