I did this a bit different, I went with the WHOLE truth..... I told them: 1). I HAD NO IDEA I HAD A PERSON 2). I really believed I "WAS" the PERSON 3). I discover ALL this today, (I was 46 then, 2 years ago) Then, I asked questions, lots of them 1). Since WHEN are you presuming ME, and/or the PERSON I have, being one of your employee, agent and/or slave. 2). If I asked for it, when did this happened ? 3). WHO hired ? 4) The office address where I work 5) How am I getting paid 6). and lots more.... :D

They never answered to all this... :(

So I sent them a Notice, and I write this small paragraph in EVERY communication I have with ANY of them... If me, or anyone else led you to believe that I was one of your employee, and/or Agent, and/or Slave, that is a Mistake and please forgive me. This small paragraph is written on ALL COMMUNICATIONS.....all of them... :P

In other words, my line of thinking in this is, if they don't acknowledge ME, and/or the PERSON I have, being one of their employee, agent or slave......why would I need to resigned and/or escape ? :/
