I'd like to start a thread about Ex parte judgements. The court is an area that I'm really not that familiar with. Has anyone been through it that could share their experience?

Our PERSON was found guilty of alleged offences, ex parte. Offences, by the way, being false. We identified ourself in court as a man and not the PERSON, consequently, the Mag stated that the court cannot see or acknowledge a man, therefore, we were free to leave. However, the case continued against the PERSON ex parte.

Because of our ignorance of law at that time (our first ever appearance before a court), we failed to advise that, although being a man, we were the sole BENEFICIARY of the PERSON estate and that the Mag, being an agent of the CROWN, was the TRUSTEE and SURETY. Declaring that would have ensured the dismissal of the case. We will know next time, if there is a next time, of course.

KnownAs Colin not sure I would agree with your statement "we were the sole BENEFICIARY of the PERSON estate" If you're receiving a benefit, then you would have a tax obligation for that benefit. All you should be doing is Administering the obligations put on your PERSON. If you're the BENEFICIARY of the PERSON, then shouldn't you also be the beneficiary of the charges?

ALLY, international law. A power which has entered into an alliance with another power. A citizen or subject of one of the powers in alliance, is sometimes called an ally; for example, the rule which renders it unlawful for a citizen of the United States to trade or carry on commerce with an enemy, also precludes an ally from similar intercourse. 4 Rob. Rep. 251; 6 Rob. Rep. 406; Dane's Ab, Index, h.t.; 2 Dall. 15.

People are blaming their stupidity on Chemtrails these days. Here in reality, they started out stupid, and are just realizing it.

Notice that NONE of the Chemtrail Crowd have EVER flown a Jet turbine powered aircraft.

The great thing about a marriage is that, if the 2 are in the same boat, the government cannot do crap. The government could only interfere if a controversy among the marriage arises and cannot be solved by the couple. Then one, or both of the parties could petition for "help" to a "guardian mediator" to basically decide for them.

I am beginning to see how marriage it's a stronger position (for the persons we happen to have), with more "benefits," than not being married.
