If 100,000 people make the demand, they MUST appoint me. Usually the DEMAND is enough.
You DO assume some CIVIL liability by doing that, though. For instance, if I "clean up" government with a gun, in the course of my duties, you and the other signatories are on the hook for the endorsement. :P
