As far as "ME" claiming any AUTHORITY, I really don't see the necessity of doing this, because that is something I ALREADY "HAVE", unless another person dare to say otherwise.... :P , so I don't CLAIM being the SOLE authorized Administrator, I just ANNOUNCE it :D
