Recently, I have found the light at the end of the tunnel, and I KNOW who I am now.
I am the SOLE authorized Administrator for the person named so and so....
Please send ALL outstanding debts owed by the PERSON I happen to be the SOLE authorized Administrator of, and I will ADMINISTRATE these PUBLIC debts at speed of light.
If I sound confused these past year, I ask for foregiveness, but this LEGAL system is one heck of a puzzle to put together.
