Ok, I send only copies of my originals. I do those myself, and stamp them with the administrator seal, to give them AUTHORITY! :D . No certified copies of anything.
The only time I am going to send a certified copy of the BC, is when I am returning a Bill of Exchange, or some charges, to settle an account, and it's called CONSIDERATION.
