If I have to sign on a digital pad, the only thing I would put is "Authorized by: Sole Authorized Administrator for MACKXIMIS MINIMUS"
If you send a notice, a copy of the affirmation, and copy of the BC, the only VOID over a signature would be the one in the COPY of the affirmation. It's my suggestion, so it's not that other way wont work. That is just what makes sense to me.
