OK. Friend if mine who is chicken shit to step into what you know and what I'm learning asked me to come along when he went to pay a traffic violation ticket this morning. So I went in and the conversation above is what took place. Clerk was to the point... No small talk and I simply kept it short and sweet telling her the bills of exchange would put the public debt in dishonor and therefore the debt would be discharged if she refused the $20 bill. I even said my friend can give you a loonie and the same would apply. That's when she said " your right... $20 is fine "

She took payment and of we went. Now his eyes are opened. I talked about this group and what I'm learning. He is chicken and doesn't even have Facebook cause he thinks it's not private enough. But his eyes are opened

So... He walked out with 20$ less in his pocket, but he better be prepared to administrate this shit because next month they'll be knocking at the door wanting the rest of what is owed !

The money in your pocket, YOUR TIME EARNED IT. Those CHARGES addressed to the PERSON, they pile up based on THEIR rules which apply to THEIR PERSONs... If you accept to PAY for those CHARGES, you give them reasons to believe YOU ARE the PERSON... That's what they want ! That's how they make profit ! That's how they keep abusing MEN and WOMEN for their OWN BENEFIT ! Why would you decide to buy one of those debts addressed to THE PERSON which is THEIRS when you can ADMINISTRATE it through the PERSON's SURETY which exists PRECISELY because they CANNOT create a PERSON and take zero liability for it... They can trick you to believe you have to PAY for that PERSON, but you can chose to learn... Trust me, it's not easy having to make these fucktards understand reality, but IT'S YOUR DUTY to work on this ! I have YET to get a confirmation that any of those debts I administrated was discharged via the PERSON's SURETY. But the second I get this confirmation, trust me, I'll be able to PROVE it and TEACH everyone interested HOW to do it and what kind of trouble they may encounter dealing with all those fucktards who think they can suck their value : their time, sweat and blood !

I understand refusal of payment results in discharge but I've obviously missed how you can offer less than the amount of the debt?

So it was basically proof of performance on the debt... Thought I missed something there... The balance will have to be paid obviously. Surety accepted...

Basically, you cannot pay a debt and since the remedy wasn't supplied, he could have collected from them the $600.
