I have had a similar conversation recently...

THEM: Your account is overdue.

ME: a bill of exchange was tendered by me and accepted by you. It seems that you haven't presented it for payment. It appears that the fault lies with you, not me.

Bills of Exchange Act 1909: (Administrative zone for Australia)...

50 Rules as to presentment for payment (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a bill must be duly presented for payment. If it be not so presented, the drawer and indorsers shall be discharged.

I don't write the clubhouse rules, I just administrate debts according to them ;-)

I have never found any of this money. Perhaps, we are the money because we agree to continue to fund the BS. Thus, the people become surety to the debt created by the Government. This explains why Governments all spend way beyond their means. The banks purchase the treasury securities because they have to effectively put NOTHING up.

I can specifically prove the above statement in Rule 144A of the SEC. Securities and Exchange Commission. Which conveniently superseded by rule 72. How interest compounds over time. The time value of Money. Now imagine what a .25 of a point means when they purchase 1 trillion in new T-bills.

Who granted the right to NOT be recognized as a PERSON or PERSONS...and what does it have to do with ME? (Yes, I know the bit of paper to which you refer, but what has it got to do with ME)....similarly, using the same logic, you have the right not to be recognised as a brass candlestick either.

The converse, being recognised as a person would be a negligent or fraudulent act and would probably end up with an insanity evaluation....same as claiming to be a brass candlestick.
