Another thing Scott recently responded to me with regarding a question i had:
"RECEIPT=PROOF-OF-TITLE"..... would you "ask" the BANK OF CANADA Will Bed, or would you give them INSTRUCTIONS, DIRECTING them on what it is you WISH for them to do for you?...just wondering
