I know that Robert Menard isn't one of your most favourite people Scott, but.....was he onto something at all when he posted the back of this Birth Certificate from British Columbia, and how it says - "FOR TREASURY USE ONLY" on it?

You also use Bank Notes (Cash). They have everything the birth certificate does. 2 signatures, a trustee (Bank of Canada for cash, and province of X for Birth Certificate), and a NOTICE. They're both the same. They both don't belong to you and they are both used by you.
