Ok well so far we are having no screening testing or vaccinations in our fabulous healthy baby princess. I've asked the 2nd rotation nurse to find out what authority is making it mandatory for me to sign as she thinks it's mandatory... I know she's going to ask around and eventually come back with the obvious fraudulent answer of "vital statistics act" so how should I proceed?
