I have read the bank act and no where in it does it say you need to provide ID to open an account that is a requirement of the bankers association and they have locked in investments of mine they refuse to release they did a search iof their archives and they have nothing with my signature authorizing them to lock any funds in in fact they do not even know where the funds came from. After contacting ther financial services board they tell me that a signature is required to grant consent to transferring the funds and locking them in. I sent a demand letter to the finance minister using section 337 of the criminal code demanding the release of my property The bank does not like what i am doing the service manager shit her pants and called head office after discussing the matter with the branch manager

Ask them Rick if that means you get to be able to take all of the credit/money-of-account you created for them with your signature that was created through Fractional-Reserve-Banking, also ;)

Rick- ask this manager to show you just where in the Bank Act it says that they have the authority to close-your-account 'on account' of you asking questions because you're not a banker and you're just trying to understand how the banking-system 'really' works...tell him you were just doing so "In Good Faith"

Thanks Chip but they say its not open for negotiation I talked with him earlier today and asked for the note that was created when i had a mortgage with them told him it was my property and would like it returned to me ASAP he asked me if i was recording the conversation and i asked him the same he replied no so i asked him if he would like a copy of mine I have been planning on leaving for some time so the only thing left is to get my property back from them which he says won`t happen
