Scott or Pete here is a question for either of you. I`ll Take a stab at answering myself but here goes I was not born in Canaduh I was a by product of West Germany by a Canadian father and German mother . When i was 11 it was explained to me that if i didn`t become a Canadian citizen i could become interned in a camp should Canaduh ever go to war with Germany again much like the Japanese during WW2. So under duress i gave up dual nationality and became a person of Canadian descent . I'm guessing the surety in my case would be the name of the citizenship certificate as no B/C exists

Pete in Sweden every child HAS to have a Certificate of Baptism, even atheists' children. <<If you were born in Germany and were registered in your place of birth, it is easy to request a copy of your birth certificate. You can take these steps on your own, without having to apply through a secondary agency. I am sure he could write English better than I do, he just don't think it's IMPORTANT to do so, that's part of the programming, these lawyers, who wrote these acts and statutes knew that, they all figured it out, that the mass won't take the time to give these words the IMPORTANCE it deserves.

That's maybe WHY I still have electricity after almost 23 months of not acting as surety for that bill, and that's maybe WHY QRA and CRA are staying AWAY from me, that's maybe WHY city of Montreal stopped their threats on me, that's maybe why NO LAWYERS are involved in ANY of my stuff....or, it's just a coincidence :D

They read what I write, and they know that I know, they know I choose the RIGHT word, they know I know where to put commas, they are AWARE that little Peter is AWARE... :D

1). Do I have a PERSON. 2). Who created it. 3). When did it happened 4). Who is SURETY for that PERSON 5). Where is surety for that PERSON 6). What's the inscription number for that PERSON

When you'll have these answers, with proof, ADMINISTRATING that person will be easier :)

Stopped us coming back from a pub watching the Mtl - Boston game... For some reason, they hate the PERSON'S car and they spot it from miles away... Took a corner a bit fast but not over limit, 5 police cars were just around the bend...

Asked if we were coming back from the Mtl game, I replied "No... ME I'm coming back from a Boston Bruins game..." smiling... I knew I had him right there !

Said he smelled alcohol, asked to step out the car, said I HAD to blow his machine... I asked if it was an OBLIGATION, he said "If you don't blow you're not out of here"...

Wasn't ID'ed when they sat me on the backseat...

They asked if that was MY car, I said it was the PERSON's... and it all started there... I am NOT the PERSON. I HAVE a PERSON and it's not my FAULT...

Did not have the license on me. Told them "the PERSON's license is in the PERSONS's car..." so the female officer went crazy, she went out to the PERSON's car and asked my friend to give it to her, which he did.

During that time, the male officer made me blow his machine, yes I did. I KNOW I KNOW I should have refused firmly, but wasn't ready to go through a never ending discussion on my first encounter ever since I started learning here... I wasn't even ID'ed at that point and KNEW I wasn't going to ID as the PERSON... I was also 100% sure I wasn't over the limit. Now I have an even better idea how many beers = OK ;)

Every question they asked, I told them the truth... AND THEY GOT PISSED ! Especially the girl. And especially when I said I could PROVE it all even if I didn't expect them to understand any of this and I didn't feel like wasting an hour sitting on that tight plastic seat...

Anyways, the female officer came back... Hey that's your face on the license ? Well that's a mistake I intend to correct the next time they want MY face for the PERSON's license... I'm the Sole Authorized Administrator, nothing else. If that piece of ID is misleading to you that isn't my FAULT...

They tried to ID the PERSON with the address, like "where do you live" and I reply "I live in the area up there"... or : OH Hey here's his address on the license... "Nah sorry, that's the PERSON's address..."

Or "what's your first and last names" : "Sorry, first and last names are for PERSONS, I'm not a PERSON. I have one... I know you guys may think this sounds stupid, but I can prove everything I'm saying"

Or "what do you do in life" (meaning for a living) to which I replied "If you're asking about the PERSON, it does a lot of stuff, but that's not ME... ME I like to ride bicycles and read law stuff"...

At one point he even mentioned something like "I could tell you read law"...

MANY TIMES he asked if I only had alcohol, I repeatedly told him I don't eat, smoke, inject drugs nor am I medicated and a blood test could prove it, but I "politely" asked if a blood test was an obligation to prove he didn't smell drugs ?

They scanned the system for the PERSON, found nothing. Had nothing at all to try and squeeze ME... And all along, I kept smiling and remained uber calm...

All said and done, that encounter helped build some confidence. Next time should be more fun ;)

Been there and was told that "what we are doing is 100% legal" by the Sergeant." It's 100% unlawful according to the constitution Guard" sez I and your oath is to the sovereign constitution." They acted the bollix for a while and then let me go. Having joined this site I have even more ammo for these fukn eejits now... it's all a learning curve.

That's something tricky I now try to avoid...

ALL names are filed somewhere. If it's filed somewhere else than ONLY in MY pocket, smells fishy.

ME, people most always call me Will, but sometimes also call me Wallace, BigUncle, MonGars, TheMan, even Tabarnak and shit like that and those are not names, let alone MINE. But depending on who calls it, I KNOW they may be talking to ME...

If a fucktard asks ME, names are for PERSONs. PERIOD. Let's avoid any confusion, it could lead to so much useless trouble...

So THE PERSON's NAME is the PERSON's and "my name is not Will" or whatever else... I "AM" Will... You can call ME that. But I dont HAVE the name "Will"... It's not MINE.

Detaching from the NAME is one thing I wiped from my mind quite a few years ago actually, when THE PERSON's NAME got its tax numbers... Everyone calling THE PERSON's NAME are for business. Friends NEVER use THE PERSON's NAME when they talk to ME...

And so many other guys in the world also go by 'Will"... Some people may use it to call ME, but even THAT is not MY FAULT... I didn't choose a name for ME... But the Government really wants to trick ME into using the name they have on file... :(

If you don't own a TradeMark for "Will" you have no reason for questioning ME about that name, or any name, trying to squeeze ME. I'm not interested. And if you own a TM, well... Sorry, TM are for commerce, and MEN are not in commerce. And if you have a problem with that, go try to find a PERSON to talk to, the PERSON I have it doesn't have a tongue and it cannot talk.

When you tell them "THAT is NOT �MY� name" it does seem to screw them up, but they also tend to want to screw you back in return... And they tend to see you as some kind of idiot they can bash on... Been there once. Wont happen twice. I can trust ME on that one ;)

When you are being questioned/detained, you are being arrested. And to ME, ANY/ALL interaction with these people it's an arrest and/or tragedy waiting to happen.

Not answering questions, like giving a name, it's because I know am NOT a fucking slave, FUCK OFF! Also, commerce is for PERSONS.

Even in their own "laws" it says: ANYTHING YOU say WILL be used against YOU. YOU have the right to remain silent (In the US, now you have to invoke this "right", to be "protected"), and YOU cannot be forced to act as a witness against YOURSELF! :D I'll repeat that last one: YOU cannot be forced to act as a witness against YOURSELF!

Even in their own clubhouse rules it says YOU cannot be forced to act as a witness against YOURSELF. So, by giving ANY information, like a NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, and/or an ADDRESS, I am acting as a witness against MYSELF! Duh! But if you look it thru the filter of SLAVERY, that's were the REAL reasons for not answering to a stranger's questions lay, for me.

I cheer for Will. But why do I feel that I would had not answered all those questions from a complete stranger, with a gun in his waist? Why do I see something completely fucked-up when people start answering questions to complete strangers with guns? Is that part of the programming, so I will end-up beat up by some possibly overweight low IQ sack of shit? Is it some programed death wish?

Or, is that the voice of the Man that says "ENOUGH with this slavery shit on ME!"? Is it the Man saying "FUCK YOU, you are not doing this to ME any more, I am fighting back!"? I just think it's DELUSIONAL to talk to complete strangers that I KNOW are trying to hurt me. But they kill people for not wanting to answer to questions, and that is also part of reality.

Am I thinking wrong? :/

Besides handing the DL, and registration, I feel I should not answer questions. They can fabricate evidence if they want, but I know the only things that could be used against my person, are my OWN words. I don't transport guns, or drugs, and I don't have a criminal record.

At the same time, on these days it's almost a death wish to "not cooperate" or "not obey", for I see the videos EVERY DAY of people getting shot for NOTHING. It gets even more complicated if you have other innocent people in the car with you.

If you are forced to interact with the cops it's because of their intent to cause you harm. Wether its a ticket or a beating the intent is the same. I learned from my last incounter to not answer any questions. I have a DL and insurance but no obligation to carry it. The have many ways to creat joinder, I have no obligation to incriminate myself by carrying that person in my pocket. So as to not get beat up I give the taken name and declare my right to remain silent. It's an act of war in their eyes and I never know how they will respond, last time it was a fake ticket for the same thing I was assaulted for the year previous. The arbitrary nature of policing allows the crazies to go ape shit. I can stand on what I know as I have no kids to cart around, it's a pickle either way. Stand for the invoice or play along and administrate later.

In Fran�ais, fuck anyone who dares to address ME as Monsieur, Sir, or whatever. I tell them all... even my clients and suppliers, when you talk to ME, it's WILL and NOTHING ELSE ! No ""Mister LASTNAME" or shit I'm easygoing you know ;) ...

When they deal with BELL, they don't call the guy over the phone "Hey BELL"... So I refused to be called FIRSTNAME LASTNAME. I'm WILL.

I tell them ALL UPFORNT : Ok, on peux tu commencer par se dire "TU" et laisser faire les "MONSIEUR" "MADAME" ? Je ne suis le subordonn� de personne, et vous autres non plus... Surprisingly, it makes them much more friendly and easier to deal with, they like that... Same when I call VIdeotron or speak to any other business employee, "Hey OK let's make it simple, I'm WILL, on peut tu se dire TU ?" Usually they reply they HAVE to "vouvoyer?" their customers, I tell them "do as you wish, but let it be clear that I'm not "VOUS" and I'll only reply because you have notified ME that you'll be calling ME by that word, even though you don't know what it means..."

Simply teach your kids to ask people if they wish to be addressed as "monsieur" or "madame" or something else, but that they don't want to be addressed as such by any means...

We have the same problems in Spanish civil law, it's a mess for translation. Many words are VERY different in Spanish, than in English, and the meaning is not the same.

For example, in Spanish the word SEGURIDAD is used for SURETY. But, SEGURIDAD literally translates to SECURITY. Although they come from the same root word, SEGURO (Insurance), they are NOT the same, and we know there are no synonyms in law. It leaves space for misinterpretation. (Damn you, lawyers!)

If you read, they are VERY similar, but NOT the same word, and/or definition.

So, I have resorted to only use English for all my communications, for we have both English, and Spanish as official languages for government affairs.

It is a challenge, because I know there is no space for error in LEGAL world, when using words. And being English a "second language" for me, I have to be extra careful. Like Pete says, one or two days writing a page, then days revising it. Yet, it is fun, and I love to learn.

A wise noble man uses very effectively the reply "By what authorithy ...?", after questions from alleged "authorithies". That's a winner from the get go! :D
