First thing is, the ONLY right you have is not to CONTRACT. Don't sign shit. Don't say shit unless you're asking a question that would require an answer that incriminates them. When you use this service, you are making a public record. Once they receive the docs, it's over. The reason they can "decide" what can be filed, or not, there is because IT'S NOT YOUR FUCKING COURT. It not for YOU, it's not there to defend your rights, or any of that romantic shit you have heard in movies, and free-dumb seminars. It's a SLAVERY business where accounting, and surety are dealt with, and a place to keep the slaves "accountable" for there actions and/or inaction. You have a WRONG idea of what courts are. It's a CLUB, and YOU/US are not part of it. Got that? It would seem that doing what you are attempting to do would create JOINDER by pleading papers to the court, using THEIR property (the Legal Name) and claiming LEGAL rights, and all that free-dumb shit. If you ask to be one of the club, you WILL be treated as if you were from the club. There is no "god", no unalienable "rights", no "constitution", it's ALL there for THEM, not for you/us. Why are you attempting the affidavit thing? What is it that you are trying to achieve?

A friend of mine gave me the idea, plus other material I read on this site, and to me logic says if all law is contract then why not prepare ahead of time?? I thought this group was supposed to be more supportive. Public record shows your intent to what ever action or document you are recording. "Record" to register to enroll to write or enter in a book or on parchment for the purpose of preserving authentic or correct evidence of a thing 2. To imprint deeply on the mind or memory. Making your record supports your claim in anything you do, it is a powerful tool. When they refuse to record have a document already prepared with a witness ( by two or three witnesses a thing is done) and record their failure to file, ask them to sign your doc, they wont, then record their refusal to sign. Regardless of if you get anything recorded into public record, you have made your record personally and as long as it is properly witnessed it can be admissible as evidence.

I wouldn't go so far as to say extremely. The record shows your intent, if you make your intentions known there can be no mistaking it for something else. This is "extremely" important when dealing with any entity who attempts to bind you
