Call IRS, and say: Hey, I have changed my mind, due to some information received recently, I don't want to buy back that debt. I have been misled, I really thought I was that person to whom you've sent that debt, now I know I have the person. and I know I am not surety for it, what a releif, anyway, dear IRS please tell me how to proceed...... :-P

I was successful at one thing... Got a $55,000 loan written off by a bank. I wrote them a simple letter saying I will gladly pay if you can prove I'm actually in debt... Prove I'm the debtor and prove your at a loss if I don't pay. Three years later they discharged the debt and never collected the car

I am wondering what to do with this voucher they want sent back whether payment is sent or not. I would like to VOID this PERSONS name and send it back with the letter. I want to make it clear these terms are not accepted. Captain Pete am I on the right track with this?

They always send a voucher of some sort. These were rather strange compared to the others I've seen so I was curious just what exactly they use these for.

Haha! That is some funny shit I wouldn't mind doing just to fuck with them. But regarding this voucher I suppose I'll disregard it.
