the cop is committing champerty, which id s crime under common law. to solicit business for another to appropriate an unjust gain for one other, example, the solicitor, is champerty.

If you want to practice "administrating" then asking for a bill would be a good exercise with these psychopaths. If you want to have fun and solidify your understanding of who you are with these psychopaths, then a Notice of Mistake is in order. I see that you can have 2 choices with them. If you get tired with them for giving you the run around with administrating, stop everything you are doing and throw the NOM at them. Like I said, have some fun.

I have done the Notice Process with parking tickets, Notice of Conditional Acceptance, Notice of Mistake, Notice of Default Judgment that I learned in the Sui Juris Self Governing Group, however I have not used it for a moving violation....this ticket I did sign V.C. Under Duress and Coercion...I refused my ID and the cop was going to arrest me so I complied...so I am now wondering if that has anything to do with the cost of the ticket....its almost $1300 and he said I was going 12 miles over the speed limit....I haven't had a ticket in a very long time but I cannot imagine they cost this much.....The Notice of Mistake in this group is very different than the Notice of Mistake I learned in Sui Juris.

This one works! How about the one from Sui Juris? "12 miles over the speed limit...." $1300.00 is down right theft. Sounds like some county is in financial difficulty.

The notices seem to work but I had one city ignore my default judgment and continue to send me invoices for a parking ticket, doubled and tripled the fine and threatened to put it on my DMV....but it was not on my DMV when I renewed and havent heard anything....i am want to go Allodial but so far everyone I know has so many problems with cops so I have not yet

Threats is all that they have left after a Notice of Mistake is filed. Hoping that you will scare easy or that you can still be tricked into surety. What is Allodial? A fast car?

Forgive my ignorance or stupidity...Notice of Mistake is authorized by the author. Is it the corporation who authorizes it?
