So WHO holds the account?

I just have a COPY of who holds it. Its not me.

I know that I am not the person. The gov of Ontario is the holder. The problem I have is that I am being ignored. My questions are not being acknowledged.

Thanks Chris. I told the manager that I would invoice her if I had to continuously fill out the BOE, the power was cut the next day. This will be my first time invoicing and liening... Any quick links/so I can get my head around it?

If you administrated that debt then your only concern should be the assets of the holder, invoice,statement, default,lien.

I think interrupting the service is an ILLEGAL act. Now, as an administrator, what should be done when an ILLEGAL act is committed against stuff I happen to administrate ? :/

I thought that it was an illegal act also, but I'm not going to appeal to the rapist..... I won't neither, but will certainly DECLARE that a PERSON has committed an illegal act to the AUTHORITIES that should take care of this...... What they will do with it is not my fucking problems, my duty is to DECLARE it... :P (by fax, or email, or registered mail to the nearest cop shop :D )
