@ 1:49 NOTICE... ALL PERSONS ENTERING THIS COURT FACILITY.... as soon as you walk through that door you have been deemed to be a PERSON and like the man said you are now "in" their court and under, I presume their juristiction; until you get your chance to address the judge. I know that Notices are only that and whether one takes heed of them or not is up to the individual. It all seems stacked in their favour.
