After reading this post and what Mackximus Minimus had to say here: "... how to give instructions..." - i wanted to see what exactly "instruction/instructions" meant in the Canadian Law Dictionary, it is one of those words that doesn't mean what i thought it was...
�instruction� means a notice communicated to the issuer of an uncertificated security that directs that the transfer of the security be registered or that the security be redeemed;
So now i am wondering Scott, what exactly is an "uncertificated security" mentioned here?
