To Peter. Re your constructive critique of Mathew's Affidavit. You argue that Mathew should use " ...the sole authorised administrator for ..." and not Affiant. Consequently, should every used occurrence of "affiant", throughout the Affidavit, be replaced with either "The sole authorized administrator for ...." or more simply "The Administrator"?

Something like, "I, Sole Authorized Administrator for MATHEW WOLFE, hereinafter "Affiant"

^ that's what I ended up doing.

KnownAs Colin, I think the word AFFIDAVIT, should be replaced with the word AFFIRMATION. That will fix the issue :-D
