So a BILL OF EXCHANGE is a VALUABLE SECURITY, right ? :/

Valuable security-- The words �valuable security� denote a document which is, or purports to be, a document where by any legal right is created, extended, transferred, retracted, extinguished or released, or where by any person acknowledges that he lies under legal liability , or has not a certain legal right.

Example: X writes his name on the back of a bill of exchange. As the effect of this endorsement is to transfer the right to the bill to any person who may become the lawful holder of it the endorsement is a �valuable security�.

So now we have this super duper Criminal Code. :)

340. Every one who, for a fraudulent purpose, destroys, cancels, conceals or obliterates

a) a document of title to goods or lands,

b). a valuable security or testamentary in- strument, or

c). a judicial or official document,

is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years

So no one can destroys, cancels, conceals or obliterates COMPLETED bill of exchange, right ?

Pete, I am sure if you ask/apply for an investigation directly to the lowest ranking criminals of the gang, nothing will happen. That's the standard procedure. Like when you go into a police to file a complaint against the police. It ain't happening.

I think administrators take matters on their own hands, and send a sworn complaint, with an affidavit to the the attorney general, and/or one of those middle ranking paper pushers, that can actually fire people. I would sent it everywhere, shit, even to the governor. That should start an investigation. Some invoices attached would not be a bad idea, from a business point of view.

Now, I heard a wise man saying something about not pleading to your rapist, so I'll leave it at that.

Is the purpose of quoting the criminal code & informing the fucktard that they have broken a clubhouse rule to:

A. Actually pursue a conviction/appeal to the rapist?

Or

B. The same as slapping a growling dog on the nose & telling it to get back in its' box?

I doubt A is practical but B could be effective enough with corporate employees etc to tell them that they're ignorant/lying sacks of shit & that we are onto them & wont put up with their crap.

If they continue to pursue a matter (Bill of Exchange) that has already been dealt with, and they're knowingly committing an offence, then most corporate shitheads will probably back off...just my opinion.

Sad but true...

I was thinking about alleged credit card debt as one example that has been dealt with/discharged, but then assigned to a third party debt collector.

The debt collection agency has backed off as they can't prove any claim, but I'm always interested in tightening up and refining any administrative process & shutting down their harassment from the get go...hence the slap on the nose/back in your box reference above.

I had a collector call today. I told him I didn't buy back public debts. He said the debt in question was not a public debt. So I asked him how I could help administrate the thing. He said send cash? cheque ,or money order, or use a credit card. I told him I have no cheque accout no credit card and no money, then asked how i could discharge this debt via the persons surety. :-D. He told me the ONLY way was with MONEY. I asked him if i could have that in writing. He replied "we don't have letters like that" haha so I told him to write the letter and sign it under full commercial liability himself. He hung up on me. :-/

I had a free session with a lawyer today and total bullshit ,,,,MONEY ,,,MONEY ,, I says he can get these charges dropped I don't have to go to court but comes with a price $15k ,WOW ,, I said gee yeah no I think the cops are worst then a biker gang only different they drive on four wheels not two and THINK they have more power ,, they start there day by picking out someone who they like to fuck over and take his money, his life, his freedom . Here's a way to work out who YOU are not:

If I take your birth certificate & punch it, stab it with a knife & set fire to it, do YOU get bruised, bleed or burned?

The obvious answer is NO because YOU are not the birth certificate.

YOU are not the name on the birth certificate.

In the same way, ALL documents such as passports, driver licences, Social Security Cards, Medicare cards etc are derived from the one foundational document, the Birth Certificate.

If YOU are not the Birth Certificate, then it is also impossible for YOU to be any document derived from the Birth Certificate...

So that is who YOU are not.

Look at the Birth Certificate:

Who created it? (On the one in my possession, it is the State of New South Wales Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages), says so right at the top.

Who is surety for that thing? A guy signed as surety, acting in the capacity of Registrar. (Not ME).

When was that document created (the one I have was created 19 days after I came into the world, so it can't be ME).

The state named that document in a very similar way to the name I use, and they sent it to ME.

As the holder of that Birth Certificate, and as the only (sole) person authorised to use it (administrate), my only possible role would be that of the Sole Authorised Administrator for the (entity) person that the government created 19 days after I was born.

In the past, I may have mistakenly assumed that person THEY (the government) created, was ME. That would be a mistake, so please forgive me.

The government (cops, court etc) often presumes that I am acting AS the person whereas I am acting FOR the person...that too would be a mistake, so please forgive me.

It's that mistake that is addressed in the Notice of Mistake, because THEY can only deal with entities of their own creation.

David Grant you have been lied to. The Birth Certificate is not YOU. But it is yours. You can be BENEFICIARY of the NAME or you can be SURETY for the NAME. You've been taught to be SURETY by your slave masters. But you can be BENEFICIARY if you say so. And NO ONE can say any different. The birth certificate is a PERSON. Its not YOU. Its your PERSON. The government is SURETY for that PERSON. It says so on the document. But what "THEY" want is for you to be a good slave and accept SURETY. Why would you do that? It boils down to commercial contracts. My best advice for you at this point would be DON'T SIGN SHIT! And figure out what's being said here......

I read here every day , And yes I total understand what is be threw at me here and its all true , BUT I ask ,, I am willing to stand my grounds and prove the facts that I am learning , not yet but soon , BUT now I understand why that lawyer said don't send the letter ,,NOTICE OF MISTAKE , cause the meanings are TRUE and it takes BALLS to stand up for this person as being ME not the person stated on a piece of paper , BIRTH Cerificate.
