Sad but true... I was thinking about alleged credit card debt as one example that has been dealt with/discharged, but then assigned to a third party debt collector. The debt collection agency has backed off as they can't prove any claim, but I'm always interested in tightening up and refining any administrative process & shutting down their harassment from the get go...hence the slap on the nose/back in your box reference above.

Third Party Collection Agencies are amateur hour; If you can't wrangle a buzzing parasite with no actual standing, you have no business doing ANY of this shit. :P Think of the first call from a third-party collection agency as NOTICE that you've won.

I got my first debt collector to stand down a few weeks back. :-D

I had a collector call today. I told him I didn't buy back public debts. He said the debt in question was not a public debt. So I asked him how I could help administrate the thing. He said send cash? cheque ,or money order, or use a credit card. I told him I have no cheque accout no credit card and no money, then asked how i could discharge this debt via the persons surety. :-D. He told me the ONLY way was with MONEY. I asked him if i could have that in writing. He replied "we don't have letters like that" haha so I told him to write the letter and sign it under full commercial liability himself. He hung up on me. :-/

Here's a way to work out who YOU are not: If I take your birth certificate & punch it, stab it with a knife & set fire to it, do YOU get bruised, bleed or burned? The obvious answer is NO because YOU are not the birth certificate. YOU are not the name on the birth certificate. Look at the Birth Certificate: Who created it? (On the one in my possession, it is the State of New South Wales Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages), says so right at the top. Who is surety for that thing? A guy signed as surety, acting in the capacity of Registrar. (Not ME). When was that document created (the one I have was created 19 days after I came into the world, so it can't be ME). The state named that document in a very similar way to the name I use, and they sent it to ME. As the holder of that Birth Certificate, and as the only (sole) person authorised to use it (administrate), my only possible role would be that of the Sole Authorised Administrator for the (entity) person that the government created 19 days after I was born. In the past, I may have mistakenly assumed that person THEY (the government) created, was ME. That would be a mistake, so please forgive me. The government (cops, court etc) often presumes that I am acting AS the person whereas I am acting FOR the person...that too would be a mistake, so please forgive me.
