some 15 months ago, SURETY was explained by Scott Duncan in here ( I fucked it up a bit but... ) I had a $20 bill, a check and the birth certificate on my desk....and it turned out that these three thing was exactly the same thing.
So by GIVING them a certified copy of that birth certificate, I give them LOTS OF CONSIDERATION :D
