I'd cut short on whatever may lead them to believe there may be something not 100% exact in what you are stating... To the best of your knowledge, which is probably better knowledge that anyone else's, THAT IS THE TRUTH, so stand firm on that ! "I solemnly declare that the following facts are the truth : "

You should number the paragraphs, it is easier to refer to a number in an affidavit than a bullet point. They let you go because in the Irish Constitution you are free to travel, they have to uphold that, since you gave no contract. If this goes to the supreme court, it will (I think) be the first case of it's kind in Ireland. Good luck Eamonn!

I didn't identify as a citizen with rights afforded to me under their constitution Lee. Remember citizen = government employee. They are a company who were trying to do business with me by force. I didn't want to so now they owe me for my wasted time... Simple as that...

Just looking up a few things there, which I probably should have known anyway... Affidavit must be signed and my capacity stated and must also be affirmed before a commissioner of oaths. Facts stated are known by me to be true as David pointed out...

I did this job years ago and the client didnt pay...so I took them to Kourt. The CONTRACT wasn't challenged, but the quality of work was. I had written some instruction on the Invoice (which weren't followed and proven by the pictures she submitted). The Kourt ruled in my favor based on the 'care instructions' from the Invoice. Anyhow....I think the unrebutted Affidavit serves as the CONTRACT (should that be challenged) and you could put further instruction on the Invoice if necessary.....
