OK, so I know that filing tax returns is part of my duties as the sole authorized administrator for ELIJAH WEAKLEY. I know that I need to get a BILL in order to administrate this debt. So I plan to file and send an invoice for my time and efforts spent filling out these forms etc. Here is the letter I am planning to send with the filing/invoice. Any critique from the group and the Admiral is much appreciated.

Dear sir or madam, I have completed your tax forms to the best of my ability for the PERSON/TAXPAYER ELIJAH WEAKLEY. I am not qualified in any way to act as a tax collector and therefore accept no liability for errors. Enclosed is an invoice for my time and efforts required to complete the paperwork as being forced to perform unpaid work is slavery/indentured servitude and that is illegal. I do not completely understand these tax forms so I am not sure what the tax liability is for this PERSON/TAXPAYER. As such I require a BILL be sent for the amount due containing a coupon/voucher or other instrument by which remedy is achieved. If you would be so kind as to include instructions for executing the instrument so the debt may be discharged via the SURETY of the PERSON/TAXPAYER in question that would be greatly appreciated. I eagerly await your timely response as it is very important to me that this matter is settled for ELIJAH WEAKLEY.

I wouldnt say im not qualified. I dont do stuff im not qualifies to do, as i dont want any surety in such matter. You could have hired an accountant and rebill whatever he charges to the govt. I myself dont do the paperwork.

I wouldnt mention the surety neither at this point... Just get your remittance vouchers, stamp the shit out of them, and send a new letter along explaining heres the bills of exchange and in case you dont know what to do i graciously instruct you on how to administrate them. Any further assistance required from me will be charged at "whatever hourly rate floats your ship"...

Isn't there usually a remittance voucher/instrument attached to the bottom of any filing? Under Canada we can get them and they're personalized :D Shit, I forgot what they are called for US... Google it

Although someone I know, filed a few years back and with the balance owing lingering over his head for a few years was getting hassled to purchase this public debt. He asked for a certified copy of the signed Bill that made income tax law and just got the run around. Seeing how he HAD APPLIED for this in the past, he then appointed the Finance Minister as TRUSTEE on behalf of his PERSON to settle the matter.

All has been silent since.
