No its the way I did it and it works, when you ask for Registered Mail you will notice the Post Office will try to sell you certified mail instead. Funny how would they prefer selling you something cheaper when registered mail makes them more money. I was a mailman for 20 years. When you ask for it they will ask you to put a value on it and for the value to have weight it must be more than $20. Hence I used 21. No im not pulling nothing out of my ass, im just sharing and helping out. I have had great outcome with I did. I wasnt going against no tickets or bullshit fines. It was criminal charges and I was already in jail so they had me already as SURETY but the law must accept mistakes. Notice of Mistake.

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. Pretty good Michael A Rivera

Scott Duncan

It's a common law reference. The fact that they alter the public record and are corrupt sacks of shit means the magic of the stamps will MAKE them follow archaic common law. The stamps are "magical" and we should be reading PROPER NOTICE FOR IDIOTS.

Why is everyone following THEIR RULES?

Pete Daoust

Well, Michael Rivera did what he had to do, STAND his ground, and tried to cover all angles, I like that, even though this $21 of stamps may or may not had a weight in this case, it dosen't matter to me.... :-) Bravo Michael...
